Lazor Wulf review
Based on a webcomic, Lazor Wulf was a rather strange show. It features a psychedelic world where non-anthropomorphic animals can speak and where God is a regular antagonist.
A lot of its humor is based on African-American culture, though casual viewers can still appreciate some of the jokes, it’s just not as good without an encyclopedia of references. The main characters range from mellow (the titular Lazor Wulf), hyper emotional (his brother Canon Wulf) and selfish (the sister Blazor Wulf). All are incredibly irreverent, which makes their conflicts with God hilarious.
The animation has been done by two different studios, so season one is slightly different from season two. Overall though it retains a sense of psychedelicism, and the character designs are rather simple,
A good recommendation.
